Terms & Conditions The promoter is Bothy Trading. Employees of Bothy Trading, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition, however you must provide your contact details above. The winner will be selected by a random draw. The competition opens on 23/05/22 and the closes on the 30/11/22. After this, no further entries will be counted.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and only one entry will be accepted per person. Open to UK residents only. The prize is a gin tasting at The Bothy Experience, a tour of Glamis Castle and one night stay at Malmaison in Dundee with transport included and for two people. Transport provided includes return rail journeys for two from a local train station where practical, or a suitable alternative depending on the winner’s location. The prize is subject to availability and the trip must be taken before 30 September 2023 (excludes December). This prize cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount and may only be redeemed once. There is no alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
The winner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date via email, or telephone (if provided). If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification for any reason, we reserve the right to withdraw the winner and pick a replacement winner. If the replacement winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification the prize will be withdrawn. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the case of any event outside of the promoter's control.
