When i first tasted Bothy Rum a couple of years ago i thought wow that is good

Presented to me as a gift, I delved in without any preconceptions. I have tasted many 'high-end' rums and this is most definitely at the top of my wish list of rums to have in the collection. Well done on producing this amazing rum.

I was given a bottle of this, as a gift, from my sister a couple of years ago and have never looked back since. I wouldn't say I was anywhere close to being a connoisseur, but have consumed many mainstream alternatives this is definitely the best spiced rum I have had to date, whether straight, over ice or mixed.

I have since bought several bottles for myself and also thought I should share the love and bought bottles for birthday gifts for my friends who have also joined the appreciation club.

The only complaint .................. it's way too smooth and easy to drink !!!

Have been a rum drinker for many years and have lost count the number of bottles of the Rum Bothy I have purchased. It is such a versatile rum to have with a plethora or mixers or just neat over ice. Whatever I decide it certainly is my “goto” rum which also pairs very well with a mild Cuban cigar!!!
