In Season November & December / Mulled Pear Punch

We'll be posting a new Gin Bothy Gin concoction every month,
featuring the best seasonal ingredients

The perfect festive punch. A Gin Bothy twist on Mulled Wine, using our signature Mulled Gin, infused with cinnamon, nutmeg & clove. Our In Season drink for the colder months features the humble pear, which partners beautifully with mulled spices.

Mulled Pear Punch

Pear cider
Cloudy apple juice
Cinnamon sticks

1. Add the chopped pears and apple juice to a pan & heat slightly to soften the pears
2. Add Gin Bothy's Mulled Infused Gin (you decide how much!) and the pear cider.
(Be careful not to boil the liquids)
3. Stud the oranges with cloves, add along with the cinnamon sticks
4. Add some honey

Let the punch simmer for a while before serving warm.
