Ingredients:
50ml Gin Bothy Gunshot Gin
75ml Cloudy Apple Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Honey Syrup
Top with Soda Water 

Make your honey syrup. Mix 1 part honey to 1 part hot water and stir to combine.

To make your drink, add the Gunshot Gin, apple juice, lemon juice and honey syrup to a highball glass. Add ice and stir to combine the ingredients. Top with some soda water and garnish with some mint.
