Ingredients:
50ml Gin Bothy Speycast Gin
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Honey Syrup (2:1)
5ml Maraschino Cherry Syrup
Egg White
Aromatic Bitters 
Cherry Smoke

Add your ingredients to a cocktail shaker and give a dry shake without ice. Add ice and give a hard shake to chill the cocktail. Double strain into a glass filled with ice. 

If you have a smoker gun add some cherry smoke to the cocktail before garnishing with a lemon slice and maraschino cherry.
