25ml elderflower liqueur (We used St Germain)
25ml lime juice
80ml Apple Juice
Cucumber for garnish
Slice long and thin cucumber ribbons with a peeler or sharp knife. Place to the side.
Add all the wet ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Stick your cucumber ribbons to the inside of a long glass, and add ice to the glass to help keep it in place.
Pour your cocktail into the glass and serve
