We've teamed up with Callum's Cocktails who created this cocktail for you to try at home using our award-winning range

Ingredients:
2 Scottish Strawberries
3 Scottish Raspberries 
35ml Gin Bothy Strawberry Liqueur
25ml Gin Bothy Original Gin
45ml Cloudy Apple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
10ml Elderflower Cordial
Top with Soda Water  

To make, muddle your strawberries and raspberries in a shaker before adding our Strawberry Liqueur, Original Gin, cloudy apple juice, lime juice, and elderflower cordial. Add some ice and give a good shake. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish to impress!
