Ingredients
50ml Spiced Bothy Rum
50ml Spiced Bothy Rum
100ml ginger beer
25ml fresh lime juice, plus a wedge to serve
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Method
Add all the ingredients in a highball glass over ice.
Stir gently and garnish with a wedge of lime.
