Fit For A King Martini

Makes 2 martinis
Ingredients
75ml (3 shots) of Gin Bothy Original Gin
25ml vermouth
25ml olive brine
Olives for garnish
Ice

Method
Chill your martini glasses in the fridge
Add all your wet ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice
Slowly stir the ingredients with a spoon until the outside of the shaker is very cold
Strain into chilled martini glasses
Garnish with two olives threaded with a cocktail stick
