Ingredients
50ml Any Gin Bothy Fruit Liqueur
(Try our Raspberry, Blueberry, Strawberry or Merry Berry)
A handful of fresh berries
Soda water or lemonade
Ice cream

Blend the fresh berries, keeping a few to garnish.
Add to a tall glass with 2 shots of your chosen fruit liqueur.
Fill with ice and top with soda or lemonade.
Add your ice cream and give a little mix with a long spoon.
Garnish with more berries.
