Ingredients:
30ml Bothy Gin
30ml Strawberry Gin Liqueur
30ml Kiwi Syrup (Homemade)
25ml Lemon Juice
Foamers (or egg white/aquafaba)
To make your kiwi syrup - 2 chopped kiwis, 100ml water, 125g sugar. Combine in a saucepan, bring to boil and simmer for 5-10 mins. Strain liquid into a jug.
Add your ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake to activate the foamers/egg white. Add some ice to your shaker and shake again to cool the drink. Double strain into a tumbler filled with ice and enjoy!
