Ingredients:
30ml Bothy Gin
30ml Strawberry Gin Liqueur
15ml Rhubarb Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
30ml Apple and Rhubarb Juice
Foamers (or egg white/aquafaba)
Add your ingredients to a shaker and dry shake without ice to activate your foamer/egg white. Add some ice and shake again. Double strain into your glass and garnish.
