Ingredients
Gin Bothy Original Gin — 50 ml
Light Tonic Water
Sliced Orange Peel
Sprig of Rosemary

Method
Fill a glass with ice and add the Gin Bothy Original Gin.
Top up with light tonic water.
Garnish with a slice of orange to bring up the citrus notes.
Add a sprig of rosemary to enhance the herbal notes.
