Rhubarb Mule

Drink neat on ice or with Prosecco.
We love adding a rhubarb & apple juice.
Great accompanying desserts or used in desserts!

Ingredients
Gin Bothy Rhubarb — 35 ml
Ginger Beer
Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Cinnamon Stick

Method
Add the Gin Bothy Rhubarb Liqueur to a glass with crushed ice.
Top up with ginger beer.
Finish with a squeeze of lime.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
