Ingredients
Gin Bothy Speycast Gin — 35 ml
Bitter Lemonade or Bitter Lemon
(or try Orange & Elderflower Tonic)
Sliced Orange
Cherries

Method
Add ice to a nip glass.
Pour over the Gin Bothy Speycast Gin.
Add the mixer of your choice.
Garnish with a Devil’s Eye: a slice of orange with a cherry in the middle.
